Q: What is PureTone® Technology?
A: PureTone® Technology is an internationally unique technological innovation which makes it possible for the first time to stabilise oxidative colorants in the form of pure tone granules.
Because each tone is separated it can be measured individually and combined in different ratios with the others. This gives the opportunity to create an unlimited spectrum of shades.
Other advantages of this technology are: up to 65% more shine, less scalp staining due to the optimised amount of dyestuff used in the mix, better colour balancing due to the lower release of ammonia the more granules are used in the mix.

Q: How much lift can I achieve?
A: Inspire will lift up to 3 shades when used with Welloxon Perfect 12%.

Q: What are the advantages of the granules?
A: Colour is always delivered fresh to the hair, allowing the maximum efficiency of the colorant with optimum amount of dyestuff. For this reason scalp staining is also greatly reduced compared to traditional colouring products.

Mixing Inspire by Koleston Perfect

Q: What does “3 dimensional mixing opportunities” mean? A: By precisely controlling the quantity of Pure Tones, Nature Control and Pure Creme an infinite number of shades can be created. The desired tone can be created by selecting the Pure Tone granules and combining them in the required ratios according to the fundamental principles of the colour wheel. The intensity or translucency of shade can be affected by adjusting the ratio of Pure Tones to the Pure Creme. The shade depth can then be further adjusted by the amount of Nature Control used. Q: Can you mix all the granules together and can they be used in different concentrations? A: Yes, all the Pure Tones can be mixed with each other and can be used in different concentrations. Full concentration produces a very intensive result. Lower concentrations produce less intensive, translucent colours. They can be used on their own, i.e. just mixed with Pure Creme, to add luminosity to certain sections. Q: What is the function of “Nature Control”? A: Mixed with Pure Creme, but without any Pure Tone granules, it produces cool, natural colours with a depth of 9 to 4। If added to Pure Tone granules they control depth, luminosity and white coverage. The more the Nature Control granules that are used, the lesser the luminosity but the greater the white coverage. Even a small quantity of Nature Control added to the Pure Tone granules will increase the colour stability and ensure longer lasting results. Q: What is the function of “Pure Creme”? A: Containing no colour pigment, this new cream formula acts as the carrier for the granules, allowing the mixture to adhere easily to the hair. Pure Creme has been specially formulated to work with the Nature Control and Pure Tone granules and cannot be used to dilute any other colour. Thanks to its innovative Gluco Ammonia System, Pure Creme reduces the ammonia content as more granules are added to the mixture, which results in better colour balancing. Q: Why do I measure the granules with the Measuring Cylinders? A: The Measuring Cylinders are the easiest and quickest way to measure the granules. They can precisely measure even the smallest amounts, which is not always possible with normal scales.

Q: Can I use Inspire by Koleston Perfect on grey hair? A: Yes – 100% white coverage can be achieved depending upon the mix. More Nature Control in the mix also means greater coverage but also a darker result.

In order to achieve perfect results Inspire by Koleston Perfect will only be delivered to your salon once the training session has been completed. Q: What are the advantages for the client if I use Inspire by Koleston Perfect? A: Inspire is the first true personal hair colour. MIXING IN 3D

Following the fundamental rules of the colour wheel, you can achieve your desired tone by mixing Pure Tone granules together.

• Simply by mixing differing ratios of two tones that are next to each other on the colour wheel, you can create any combination of those tones. And by mixing complementary colours, you neutralise tones and create shades of brown.
• Add Nature Control to the mix to increase grey coverage and control depth.
• By varying the concentration of granules in the Pure Creme, different levels of intensity can be achieved. Use a stronger concentration of granules for a very rich result or to add extra depth. Use a lower concentration for a less intensive, more translucent colour.
